These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bila2cuxi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses the services available at https://bila2cuxi.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital products operated under the bila2cuxi brand.

To register and maintain an account on bila2cuxi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

Any winnings generated on an account held by a Player under 21 years of age will be forfeited in full and deposits will be returned without interest, subject to fraud review.
Registration of more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or identifying information — bila2cuxi reserves the right to consolidate balances, forfeit bonus funds, and close duplicate accounts without prior notice.
To create an account on bila2cuxi, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian contact number. You are required to update your account information promptly in the event of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other individual to access your account. All activity that occurs under your account credentials shall be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for such activity.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bila2cuxi's support team immediately via live chat or the contact email address provided. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account; however, bila2cuxi accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
KYC Verification: All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. You will be required to submit a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address dated within the past three months, and a selfie holding your identity document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Funds cannot be withdrawn from unverified accounts.
bila2cuxi supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.
Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Note on Birthday Bonus: The birthday bonus is credited to verified accounts based on the date of birth recorded during KYC verification. Bonus tier is determined by the Player's VIP tier status at the time of credit. A minimum account activity threshold applies. Requests to alter registered date-of-birth information for the purpose of claiming a birthday bonus constitute fraud and will result in immediate account closure.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during active gameplay, bila2cuxi will apply the following resolution policy: (a) if the outcome of the round was fully determined prior to the error, the result stands; (b) if the round outcome was not determinable due to the error, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's account. All technical dispute claims must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant gameplay session.

Upon termination of an account for verified Terms violations, any remaining Real Money Balance net of outstanding disputed amounts will be returned to the Player via the last used verified payment method within a reasonable administrative processing period. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical interruptions may occur, and bila2cuxi accepts no liability for losses resulting from Platform unavailability outside of cases of demonstrable gross negligence on our part.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions where liability exclusions are not permitted, our maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the bila2cuxi Platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team via the live chat facility or the support email address provided on this Platform, and to allow us a reasonable period — not less than 30 calendar days — to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter internally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within the stated period, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation.
Dispute Escalation: For formal gameplay disputes (e.g., alleged game malfunctions or disputed outcome records), all claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the relevant event, accompanied by any available supporting information including session timestamps and game round identifiers. Claims submitted outside this window may not be actionable.
bila2cuxi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect, where operationally practicable.
Minor or administrative amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be implemented without advance notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal process outlined in Section 5.
